how can I use this on my MAC OsX?

Please help, I’m using Mac OSX
the installer says it cant find a certain (but utterly useless) file, so it wants me to insert a cd with he file on it. ive located the file it wants and realised that it was named slightly wrong, but when i tried to correct it, windows tell me that i cant name the file anything larger. i cant give the launcher the correct file because its impossible for a file with such a long name to exist. help please
Hi, this installs fine when I click the game it loads up but it gets to the part to choose a town and it says “we cannot verify this is a real version of the game” and doesnt let me play what can i do

Also you have to do this:
1.Copy TS3.exe and TSLHost.dll from crack dir to installation folder \Game\Bin folder (overwrite – replace)
2.Run and Install Final Version Patch

I got the game working. I followed the nfo file and read the instructions and did them. It plays fine, but it won’t update to the newest version. I copy and paste the crack (the TS3.exe and the TSLHost.dll) and replace the old files with those ones. If I open the game at this stage it plays fine and I can do whatever I want in sims, but if I move onto the next step which is getting the Final Version Patch things into my Games>Bins folder then it doesn’t work anymore. When I open the game it tells me that it cannot verify if my copy is legitimate and then closes. If I go pack and put the crack back in it works fine.
The issue with this is that I can’t get any of the expansion packs. Whenever I mount the disk and play it it tells me that it needs to update my Sims 3 and then later tells me it was unable to and closes itself. Others have been able to get the expansions fine so I’m wondering what I can do to troubleshoot this.
where is the nfo file
the game is asking for the disc 2… whyyyy, I thought i was wrong so I read the NFO tab, but what I did was right. please help me
